Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

 

We offer the following options for shipping your orders:

  • BATCH SUMMER 2023 only : For our first batch, we will primarily deliver the pre-ordered bottles during our launching event that will take place at Mirador on September 6, as from 7:30 PM. Please refer to our events page to register to our event in order to be able to attend. You can also ask a friend to pick-up your bottle(s) for you. In that case, please provide them with your order number and an email allowing them to pick-up your products.

  • BATCH SUMMER 2023 only : Once our launching event is passed, we will organize the delivery of the remaining bottles that were pre-ordered but not delivered during the event. We will organize a delivery at PwC Luxembourg - Staff reception (for PwC employees only).

  • Courier Delivery (Luxembourg): We provide courier delivery services exclusively within Luxembourg. Orders will be shipped to your provided shipping address via our trusted courier partners. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Pickup at our Distillery (Differdange): If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order from our Distillery located in Differdange. Select the "Pickup at our Distillery" option during checkout, and we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

  • Other - if none of the options stated above suits you, please select the option "Other" and we will contact you in order to find a solution. If no solution can be found, we will refund you the amount you paid.

 

2. Shipping Times

​

  • Courier Delivery: Orders placed for courier delivery within Luxembourg will typically be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays or weather-related issues, may impact shipping times.

  • Pickup at our Distillery: Orders for pickup will be available for collection within 2 business days from the date of purchase. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Courier Delivery (Luxembourg): A shipping fee will apply for courier delivery within Luxembourg. The shipping fee will be calculated based on your order total and will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Pickup at our Distillery: There are no shipping fees for pickup at our Distillery orders.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

​

For orders that are shipped via courier, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and get real-time updates on the status of your package.

 

5. Change of Shipping Address

 

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@entrenousgin.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

6. International Shipping

 

At this time, we only offer shipping and pickup options within Luxembourg. International shipping is not available.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

​

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at contact@entrenousgin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address.

  • Ensure that the returned item(s) are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

 

2. Refunds

​

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping charges (both initial shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

3. Exchanges

​

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at contact@entrenousgin.com. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the situation promptly.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

​

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@entrenousgin.com with your order number. After 24 hours, we might not be able to cancel the order as it may have already been shipped.
