A summer in a glass.

You asked for something fresh… and we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to create a new summer gem: our very first Pastis, in limited edition, made out of gin! Handcrafted in our distillery, it carries the same love, botanical brilliance, and artisanal creativity you know from our gin — with a sunny aniseed twist.

⚠️ Limited bottles available - each one numbered by hand

🌿 What makes it truly unique?

This Pastis is a tribute to our journey — a blend of moments and seasons. We carefully preserved rare distillates from our three seasonal limited-edition gins — Summer, Winter, and Spring — and brought them together to create something entirely new. A fusion of aromas and memories, impossible to replicate. In total, this Pastis contains 27 different ingredients, making it as complex and balanced as it gets.

☀️ Perfect for summer apéritifs, to enjoy slowly, chilled, under a parasol or on a sun-drenched terrace.

🛒 Available exclusively on our website and in a curated selection of fine food stores and specialized shops.

NO SUGAR. NO ADDED AROMAS. NO ADDED ANETHOLE – DOES NOT TURN CLOUDY.

  • Bottle capacity is 500ml, pastis is 45% vol
  • This pastis will be produced only one time, with limited and numbered bottles, don't miss it out !

Botanical
Garden

Entre Nous Gin starts in the fields, not in the laboratory. Whether it is for our Original recipe or our Limited Editions, our key botanicals are harvested on our family garden. What we grow determines what you taste.

This is what sets Entre Nous apart: not a recipe assembled from a supplier catalogue, but a gin anchored in a real place, real soil, and a family legacy of cultivating the land.
